What is the return policy?
Returns are worked on a case by case basis. Email your concern or reason for return to through the contact form (https://www.uzuribox.com/contactuzuribox), and we will see what options are available. We cannot guarantee a refund; we CAN guarantee that we will explore every option available and do what we can if you happen to get an item you dislike. If your items are damaged in transit, please send an email throught the contact form with photos of the damage and give us 24 business hours to respond.
Why don't you have a fixed/standard return policy? That seems a bit unprofessional.
We are a small, self-funded company. We work day jobs to financially back this dream of ours, and we cannot take losses on everything. However, if you are extremely dissatisfied with an item, please email your concern to us. We will see what we can do.
When can I expect my order to ship?
For now, we only ship out on Saturdays. Therefore, orders placed during the week can take up to five days to ship; orders placed on the weekend take up to seven days to ship.
Where is my package?
An email with tracking information will be sent once your package has been dropped off at USPS. From there you will be able to track your order online. If you have placed an order, but have not yet received this email, your order is in processing, which can take up to seven days.
What ingredients are in your products?
Uzuri Box, LLC. is a cosmetic resell business; we do not manufacture these items, and for this reason we cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. We get all of our product descriptions and ingredients direct from our partners' sites, and we invite you to visit those sites if you need more information regarding ingredients and/or the process of manufacturing these items.
